Pita Bread

Ingredients:

1 pkg. yeast        
1 ¼ cup warm water
3 cups flour         
2 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in water.  Stir in flour and salt.  Knead about 5 minutes.  Divide into 6 balls and knead.  Flatten each to ¼ inch thick and 4-5 inches in diameter.  Place upside down on cookie sheet.  Bake at 500º for 10-15 minutes.
