Tortilla Soup

Ingredients:

1 med. onion, chopped                    1 tsp. cumin
2 cloves garlic                             1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
2 T. olive oil                                1 tsp. salt
4 cups beef broth                       3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 cups chicken broth                   2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup tomato juice                    1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tsp. chili powder                        corn tortilla chips

In 4 quart saucepan, sauté onion and garlic in oil.  Add broths, juice, cumin, chili powder, jalapeno, salt and Worcestershire sauce.  Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer covered for 1 hour.  Add chicken to soup and cook 5 minutes.  Place tortilla chips in each bowl, add soup and garnish with cheese.
