Cinnamon Rolls Dry Ingredients: ½ cup
sugar Wet Ingredients: Filling:
Mix all dray ingredients. In large bowl
dissolve warm water and yeast. Add rest of wet ingredients. Then add dry
ingredients and mix with wooden spoon or your hands. Refrigerate 1-2
hours. In small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Roll
out dough into a large oval. Spread with butter or spray with Pam. Sprinkle
cinnamon mixture on dough. Roll up lengthwise. Cut and place on ungreased
pan. Cover and let rise for 35-40 mins. Bake 25-30 mins. At 350°.
