Frosting

Ingredients:

1 stick margarine               
Approximately 1/3 cup milk   
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 full pkg. of confectioner’s sugar

In large bowl, beat margarine and vanilla until smooth.  Gradually beat in confectioner’s sugar and milk until desired consistency is achieved.  Adjust with more milk or confectioner’s sugar if necessary.

Add ¼ cup cocoa for chocolate frosting.
