Melting Moments Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup flour                            
½ cup corn starch
½ cup confectioner’s sugar                 
¾ cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla (or almond extract) 

In medium      bowl combine flour, corn starch and confectioner’s sugar.  In a large bowl beat margarine at medium speed until smooth.  Add flour mixture and vanilla; beat until well-blended.  If necessary, refrigerate 1 hour or until easy to handle.  Shape into 1-inch balls.  Place 1½ inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with lightly floured fork.  Bake in 375° oven 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
