Spaghetti Sauce

We had spaghetti every Saturday night when I was growing up, and this is the sauce we made.

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion, minced (or 1 TBSP dried minced onions)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 TBSP oregano
1 TBSP parsley
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
½ TBSP salt
Pinch of pepper
1/3 to ½ cup of burgundy wine
2 10 ½ oz. cans of tomato paste
1 large can tomato juice

Brown meat, onions and garlic together.  Pour off grease.  Add all spices and the wine.  Stir.  Add tomato paste and stir again.  Add tomato juice and stir one last time.  Let simmer on low for several hours.

Serve with any pasta you like.
