Some time in the early fall of 2004 I emailed my friend, Marilyn, who is a volunteer at Mistletoe State Park, and asked her if you could camp on the hiking trail at the park.  She said yes, then said,  "That sounds like so much FUN!"  So, she found someone to lead a group of us on a hike and it truly was a BLAST!

Here's Marilyn, me and Patty before the hike began.  Don't we look fresh?

A group of boy scouts and their leaders came for part of the hike.  They were so cute and funny!

Fungus was rampant the whole way and we saw them in every shape, size and color.
